How to use

・Enter your email address and mobile phone number. Paidy will send a 4-digit code to your mobile phone SMS and enter it to verify your identity.

[2. The amount used in the current month will be billed in the following month. ]
At the end of each month, you will receive a "[Paidy] payment due date" email by the 3rd of the following month. Please pay by convenience store, bank transfer, page, or account transfer by the 10th according to the instructions in the e-mail.
*A handling fee for each payment method is required when paying by billing, when paying by convenience store or bank transfer.

Payment method details

We will issue an invoice on the 1st day of the following month, and will notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd day of the following month.
Payment methods are convenience store payment (convenience store installation terminal), bank transfer and account transfer.
The deadline for payment is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. In the case of bank transfer, the payment will be withdrawn on the 12th (or the next business day if it falls on a holiday). However, it may change due to the convenience of the payment company.
A payment fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). If you pay at a convenience store, the fee is 350 yen (including tax). In the case of fund transfer, no payment fee will be charged.

You can issue a receipt from the shipping completion email that you receive after purchasing the product.

Please follow the steps below to issue a receipt at your convenience.

*Receipts cannot be issued if you select "cash on delivery". Please ask the shipping company that you paid for at the time of delivery.

1. Please access the URL for issuing the receipt, which is included in the body of the shipping completion email.
2. When you access the page, you will be redirected to the receipt issuing page.
3. Check the contents and click "Issue".
4. A PDF file with the contents of the receipt will be downloaded, so please print it out and use it.

Regarding the number of receipts issued and the deadline for issuance

Receipt will be issued only once. Please double check before issuing that there are no mistakes in the address and the proviso.
In addition, the receipt will be issued for one year (365 days) from the shipment of the product. Please note.
