We cannot accept returns unless the product is defective.
Defective product return deadline and shipping fee
If the product is defective, damaged due to an accident during delivery, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please return it to us within 10 days after the product arrives.
After confirming the contents, we will exchange it for a non-defective product, or if we cannot exchange it, we will refund the price of the product.
We do not accept cancellations by the customer after the order has been completed or the product has been shipped.
If the product is damaged during shipping, or if the product is incorrect, please contact us in advance at the contact information below and send it back.
