I cannot use my credit card.
If your credit card payment is not approved, please check the following points.
- ・Check if the credit card number and expiration date are correct
- ・Is the name of the credit card holder correct?
- ・Do you have reached your credit card limit?
- ・Whether the billed amount exceeds the usage limit for one transaction
- ・Do you have a valid credit card registered?
You may be able to solve the problem by making the following settings even outside the recommended environment.
However, depending on the OS and browser settings, it may not be displayed or operated correctly.

Change your Internet Explorer browser settings.
1. Click [Tools] → [Internet Options] on the menu bar of Internet Explorer.
2. Click the Advanced tab

How much is the COD fee?

I'd like a receipt, please.
From February 19, 2021, you can issue a receipt from the shipping completion email that you receive after purchasing the product.
Please follow the steps below to issue a receipt at your convenience.
*Receipts cannot be issued if you select "cash on delivery". Please ask the shipping company that you paid for at the time of delivery.
*For receipts issued before February 19, 2021, please contact us using the inquiry form .
1. Please access the URL for issuing the receipt, which is included in the body of the shipping completion email.
2. When you access the page, you will be redirected to the receipt issuing page.
3. Check the contents and click "Issue".
4. A PDF file with the contents of the receipt will be downloaded, so please print it out and use it.

Receipt will be issued only once. Please double check before issuing that there are no errors in the address and the proviso.

About the product
The product was dirty.
If the product is defective, damaged due to an accident during delivery, or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please return it to us within 10 days after the product arrives. After confirming the contents, we will exchange it for a non-defective product, or if we cannot exchange it, we will refund the price of the product.

Is the water bottle set?
We do not sell water bottles. This store only sells water bottle covers.
No recorder.
The interior is divided into two. The recorder case can store a recorder in the front and a ruler in the back. *If you put it in the other way around, the lid will not close.
Do you have left-handed scissors?
We only sell right-handed scissors.
I don't know the orientation of the fabric.
The same direction as the measure in the first product image of our store is the horizontal direction. Measure and vertical are vertical. There are some exceptions.
Is it possible to purchase the fabric by roll?
If you would like to place a large order (over 20m or fabric), please contact us using the email form. We will check the stock and contact you. Please let us know the following items.

Colorful Textile Market fabrics are commercially available. However, Colorful Textile Market does not take any responsibility for the materials used for secondary processed products for sale. Also, when selling works/products using fabrics purchased from Colorful Textile Market, please specify "Textile designed by COLORFUL CANDY STYLE".
Regarding delivery
When will I receive the product?
- ■ If the payment method is Amazon Pay, cash on delivery, or credit card payment
- Items ordered by 14:00 on weekdays (12:00 on weekends and holidays) will be shipped on the same day after confirming the order. Products ordered after 14:00 on weekdays (12:00 on weekends and holidays) will be shipped the next business day.
- ■ If the payment method is bank transfer or postal transfer (prepayment)
- After confirming payment, we will ship the item. If payment can be confirmed by 14:00 on weekdays, we will ship the same day.
- *Orders received after 14:00 on weekdays will be shipped the next business day.
- *Even in-stock items may be sold out by a small margin due to the inventory system. We will contact you by order confirmation email, but we ask for your understanding.

Is the shipping fee uniform even for remote islands?
Nationwide uniform 500 yen. There is no additional shipping charge for remote islands and some areas.
I cannot select Yu-Packet.
Only orders up to 1.5m (15 units) such as oxford and twill will be delivered by Yu-Packet.
- 1. Yu-Packet will be delivered by post. If it doesn't fit in the post, I'll take it home. After 7 days of storage, it will be returned to our store.
- Please check the package with the contact information written on the absence card.
- 2.Due to thickness restrictions, oxford, twill, etc. over 1.5m, quilted and laminated orders will be delivered by courier.
- 3. You cannot specify the delivery date and time.
