Japan Post	500 yen nationwide * Fabric products (if not covered by Yu-Packet) will be shipped by Yamato Transport (postage deferred). *Name stamps will be shipped by Sagawa Express.
Yu-Packet	300 yen *If the target product such as textile fabric is within 1.5m (15 pieces)

• *If you order a total of 3,980 yen or more per delivery address, the shipping fee will be 0 yen.
• * If the payment amount is less than 3,980 yen when using the coupon, a separate shipping fee will be charged.

Handling when buying in bulk

If you order multiple products with different shipping charges per shipping address, the shipping cost will be the shipping fee for one item in the above price list. If you are ordering a product with separate shipping costs and a product with shipping costs at the same time, please also refer to the handling of products with shipping costs below.

Treatment of remote islands and others

There is no additional shipping charge for remote islands and some areas.

If the payment method is Amazon Pay, cash on delivery, or credit card

Items ordered by 14:00 on weekdays (12:00 on weekends and holidays) will be shipped on the same day after confirming the order. Products ordered after 14:00 on weekdays (12:00 on weekends and holidays) will be shipped the next business day.

If the payment method is bank transfer (prepayment)

Payment received by 14:00 on weekdays will be shipped the next day. Payment made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

• *Even in-stock items may be sold out by a small margin due to the inventory system. We will contact you by order confirmation email, but we ask for your understanding.

About changing the delivery address after placing an order

For fabric orders

The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified when you placed your order.
For security reasons, we cannot accept requests for forwarding to the delivery company, so if you wish to change the delivery address, please contact the COLORFUL CANDY STYLE customer center in advance.

When purchasing items other than fabric

The product will be delivered to the delivery address specified when you placed your order.
If you wish to change the shipping address, please change it yourself from the post office website.

If you cannot receive the product due to long-term absence or refusal to receive it

If the delivery is delayed due to the customer's long absence, refusal to receive the package, etc., the storage period at the courier will be 7 days after arrival at the delivery shop regardless of the reason.
If the item is returned to our store after 7 days have passed, we will not be able to redeliver it.
Please note that the shipping fee will be charged when the shipment is completed, so after confirmation, we will charge the handling fee again.

If you cannot receive the product due to an unknown address

If the customer's address is unknown and the item cannot be picked up, it will not be stored by the courier and will be returned to the store. In that case, we cannot redeliver.
Please note that the shipping fee will be charged when the shipment is completed, so after confirmation, we will charge the handling fee again.

• *The transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

If you do not wish to redeliver

・Customers using a credit card Shipping fee of 300 yen + return fee of 300 yen = 600 yen will be charged to the credit card.

・Customers using bank transfer We will refund the total amount after deducting the shipping fee of 300 yen + return fee of 300 yen = 600 yen.
